1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.

Non-Refundable Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, rescheduling, or personal circumstances.

2. Event Date & Time

Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and time stated at the time of purchase. Entry will not be permitted for any other date or time.

3. Event Changes

ConceptAR Events reserves the right to:

• Change the event date, time, venue, or programme
• Substitute performers or content

Tickets will remain valid for the revised event unless stated otherwise.

4. Admission & Conduct

• Admission is subject to venue rules and security checks
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour 
• No compensation will be provided in such cases

5. Lost or Stolen Tickets

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets. Replacement tickets will not be issued.

6. Liability

Attendees attend events at their own risk.

ConceptAR Events is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
•  Delays or cancellations beyond our control

7. Parking

Any parking information provided, including postcodes, is offered solely for guidance and convenience. The event organiser does not guarantee parking availability, pricing, or legality. Customers are responsible for conducting their own research and complying with all local parking rules and regulations.

8. Photography & Media

By attending our events, you consent to photography, video recording, and media usage for promotional and marketing purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of ConceptAR Events and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Privacy

Personal data collected through ticket purchases and event participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

ConceptAR Events reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
